Shipping Policy

We have a few shipping options to choose from upon checkout. You may receive multiple shipments of your order if ordering multiple items in an effort to shorten delivery times, as some items are carried locally, and some will ship from our warehouse in California- and a select few really special items may come from overseas.

Please see below for more information on our shipping policy, and decide which might be the right shipping for you!

Local Pick-Up: Free Please only select this item if you are local to Bartlett, IL area. If you are not- we will need to place your order on hold until you pay the additional shipping fee. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will reach out!

Standard Shipping Order $50+: Free Our shop offers free standard shipping on all US orders $50+! (Pssst...feel free to shop around a little more & find something small to add to your cart to get you to that free shipping mark!)

Standard Shipping: $7.75 Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once processed, all orders should be received within 5-7 business days from order processing.

**Exceptions: custom orders, & orders including items which have been noted to expect longer shipping times may take longer to receive, feel free to reach out with questions. 

 

International Shipping- We apologize for any inconvenience, however at this time we do not ship internationally. 

Please keep in mind, delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

There may be additional delays due to COVID-19, weather & shipping carriers (ie. USPS) exceptions that are beyond our control. Please understand and accept our apologies. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.
