Refund Policy

We here at Rock. IT. Out. Shop are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. So, if you receive your order and are not 100% happy with it, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note- for custom orders, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once order is processed. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can fill in the form below or contact us at sales@rockitoutshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would rather not return the item and do a direct exchange, we will ask you to fill out a return form and send your item back prior to receiving the new item. Shipping and handling may be an additional charge. Email us to initiate an exchange at sales@rockitoutshop.com. Or fill in the form below. 

 

Shipping
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.
